About

This Commerce Hub Adapter allows to connect the Akeneo PIM with CoreMedia Commerce Hub to integrate a PIM managed catalog into CoreMedia and to easily create blended experiences.

Similar to a Commerce Hub Adapter for an e-Commerce System (such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud or commercetools) it enables business users in CoreMedia Studio to browse/search for products being stored in the Akeneo PIM. It is a real-time read-only integration, so it does not copy any data: Akeneo is always the master of all product data.

When you want to embed a product into a content module such as a landing page, a story (article) or a shoppable video, you simple create a reference via dragging and dropping from the library tree into the module. No need to copy and paste any ID or URL, just focus on where you want to embed a product into the experience - and CoreMedia will take care of the rest.
